Request deletion of your data

Email support@zovrio.ae with the subject “Data deletion”. Identify your company and the relevant WhatsApp number, Instagram account or Facebook Page. Do not include passwords or access tokens.

We verify account ownership and confirm the request and its scope. We delete data no longer needed for the service, subject to applicable retention obligations, and explain any records that must be retained. Revoking Meta access stops future account access; it does not itself delete records already held by ZOVRIO.
