Cancellation terms

Monthly cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Billing or by notifying support@zovrio.ae before the next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid monthly billing period. The current paid period is not automatically refunded, subject to mandatory legal rights.

Annual cancellation

You may request annual cancellation at any time through support@zovrio.ae. The unused portion of the annual subscription paid for your selected plan is calculated pro rata for the remaining paid period, less one additional month at that plan’s monthly price and only actual, documented, non-refundable payment processing fees disclosed before payment where permitted by the payment provider and applicable law. Cash has no bank processing deduction. The refund cannot be negative. Contact support for an itemized calculation. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

One-time setup

Standard setup, configuration and testing within the agreed scope are included in all plans at no additional charge. Custom integrations or additional work require a separately agreed quote.

Payments and renewal

By choosing an online monthly subscription, accepting the purchase terms and completing the first payment, you authorize ZOVRIO AI to charge your payment method automatically each month until you cancel through Billing or notify support@zovrio.ae before the next renewal. Any first-payment coupon does not reduce subsequent renewals. Online monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the same accepted amount and currency from the first successful payment until cancelled before renewal, on the same billing day each month or the last day of a shorter month. Use Billing in your workspace or purchase result page to update payment details, view invoices or cancel at the end of the paid billing period. Annual payments do not renew automatically. Manual payments follow the agreed contract. Provider usage, custom integrations and applicable taxes are confirmed separately before payment.
