Notify support@zovrio.ae before your renewal date if you do not wish to renew. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid monthly period.
The refund is the unused portion of the AED 7,584 annual subscription, calculated pro rata for the remaining paid period, less actual payment processing fees and AED 790 for one additional month. The refund cannot be negative. Contact support for an itemized calculation.
AED 490 is added to the first payment of either plan, is not charged again on renewal and is non-refundable, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.
Online payment and automatic renewal are not active yet. Once enabled, checkout will show the billing period, full amount, applicable taxes and any agreed additional charges before you authorize payment and recurring billing.
